_ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_

• Implementing TPM methodology.
• Improving OEE, MTTR & MTBF in assembly lines.
• 4M change Management Document.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs.
• To provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to its optimum performance and that all KPI’s are met; react in a timely manner to Trouble Shoot.
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Conducting Process capability study Cp & Cpk for new machines and measure the ability of the

process output within the Specification limit.

• To create failure analysis report and corrective action in NPI and mass production.

_ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_

• Improve process development CTP,CTQ,KAIZEN,POKA Yoke Improve process development CTP,CTQ,KAIZEN,POKA YOKE.
• Monthly review of customer complaint field failure, analysis of each complaint with quality tools.
• Time motions study & line balancing, productivity increase, space & manpower utilization/saving.
• Improve OEE & monitor production efficiency.
• Create and maintain Process flow, SOP and Maintenance documents.
• Support production in reducing/eliminating equipment and tooling downtime (MTTR & MTBF) or Scrap, utilizing good analytical methodologies.

Won second prize in the CII kaizen competition for improving the OEE from 68% to 70%.

Participated in the RANE GROUP 13th Quality circle convention.

Participated in the ACMA Low cost automation.

Won Third Price in ACMA- Cost saving
