· Handling 2nd level escalation tickets on the environment.

· Providing Technical assistance to the team and preparing KB

documents.

· Connecting with Citrix and RHEL Vendor based on Requirement.

· Involved in fixing Security related vulnerabilities on Citrix

Management servers/ Netscaler.

· Daily tasks include working with Citrix end users on tickets

and Service requests, Managing Citrix environment, Performing Daily Health

Checks, Attending Customer calls, Vulnerability & Change calls etc.

· Planning and implementation of Citrix Infrastructure changes,

Upgrades and Vulnerability fixes.

· Performing DR Drill activities on a Quarterly basis.

· Knowledge on modifying the script as per requirement.

Involved in fixing Security related vulnerabilities on Citrix

· Handling VMware vSphere 6.5 server & managing virtual

machines on ESXi hosts.

· Quarterly BA/VA for complete Citrix infra.

· Working knowledge to execute the Change tasks for the Citrix

configuration changes and upgrade configuration changes in multiple environment

(DR and Production)

· Creating virtual machines, install operating systems inside

VM’s and install VMware tools and configure these VM’s based on customer

requirements.

· Creation of new VM by using templates and clones.

· Knowledge on Provisioning Services like creating and updating

vDisks, Versioning and Merging.

· Managing Citrix provisioned environment golden images and

testing of images.

· Involved in migration/update of VDI machines.

Provisioning Servers.

· Maintaining the Citrix farms and

troubleshooting the issues in the farm.

· Publishing Server Desktops and applications

for end users.

· Handling Citrix user related issues for

seamless application delivery.

· Monitoring the server availability, IMA

traffic, CPU usage, load balancing.

· Creating and assigning load evaluators and

implementing load balancing policies.

· Monitoring and troubleshooting connectivity

to the data store in XenApp.

· Hot fix and Rollup pack management on Citrix

servers.

· Troubleshooting problems with the help of

Event Logs.

· Troubleshooting Printer related issues like

Universal Print Driver, Print spooler, etc.

· Installing and Publish of new applications in

current environment.

· Providing access to published application as

the user requirements.

· Managing and monitoring Citrix Farm, Zones

Users, Applications.

· Citrix server farm daily health and terminal

session accepting connection check.

· Proactively monitoring cpu, memory and Space

issue triggered from resource manager and auctioning it accordingly.

· Installation, Configuration and

administration of Windows 2003/2008/2012R2 Servers.

· Installation, configuration and

administration of Windows XP/ 7 /10 Client OS.

· Creating and configuring roaming profiles,

disk quotas on home folders and offline shared folders for users.

· Regular System Administration tasks like User

Accounts, access, Permissions, Security, Planning.

· Responsible for server deployments, which

include operating system updates and security patches and hot fixes.

· Configuring CPU, memory, and disk partitions

as required.

· Experience on importing and renewing the licenses for Xenapp

and XenDesktop.

· Working experience on Citrix Xenapp 5.0 and Citrix XenDesktop

7.6, 7.15 .

· Exposure on installing, configuring and

managing Citrix XenDesktop servers and Sites.

· Exposure on installing, configuring and

managing XenServer.

· Exposure on managing the user sessions with

Citrix Director.

· Exposure on creating master image and

installing virtual delivery agent (VDA).

· Exposure on creating different vDisks

(Private and standard image mode) in PVS.

· Exposure on managing vDisk updates for

servers. Strong

exposure in Installation, Configuration and administration of Windows
