Citrix Virtual Apps.

Director, Delivery Controller, Storefront & Netscaler.

• Handling 2nd level escalation tickets on the environment.
• Providing Technical assistance to the team and preparing KB

documents.

• Involved in fixing Security related vulnerabilities on Citrix Management servers/ NetScaler
• Daily tasks include working with Citrix end users on tickets and Service requests, Managing Citrix environment, Performing Daily Health Checks, Attending Customer calls, Vulnerability & Change calls etc.
• Planning and implementation of Citrix Infrastructure changes, Upgrades and Vulnerability fixes.
• Involved in fixing Security related vulnerabilities on Citrix

Management servers/ Netscaler.

• Daily tasks include working with Citrix end users on tickets
