Finalize & coordinate with subcontractor to get Civil clearance. Responsible for arranging temporary MEP materials for site mobilization. Ensure accurate work management, billing, certification and collection for Subcontractor. Assist in the scope review, budgeting & justification of MEP change work order. worked & completed 2 projects successfully
JUNIOR ENGINEER
Ensures all works are in accordance with approved construction drawings, contract document, project specification. Perform risk, value management and cost analysis & control. Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, responsible for contract documents. Draft Contractual letter, prepare variation & claim.Develop & maintain client relationship.
ESTIMATION ENGINEER
Preparation of overall Program, monitoring project progress against planned schedules, analysis in the change of contract scope. Negotiating & finalize tender and contract terms with supplier. Calculating Client quotation. Estimation of contract drawings.
