Handle ELV projects from engineering and estimation to installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Coordinate with the estimation team for project costing, BOQ, and material requirements.
Prepare and review ELV shop drawings, layouts, schematics, material submittals, and engineering documents.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, project managers, suppliers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Provide technical support for CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, ANPR, SMATV, and Structured Cabling systems.
Handle structured cabling and telecom works, including DU and Etisalat requirements, telecom rooms, cable routing, termination, and testing.
Carry out testing and commissioning of ELV systems and prepare the required test reports.
Handle SIRA portal works in Dubai and ADMCC portal works in Abu Dhabi, including submissions and inspection requirements.
Prepare ELV systems for DCD and other authority inspections, and close inspection comments and snags.
Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test reports, and handover documents and coordinate the final project handover.
