- Daily reconciliation of revenue recognition between Navision 2016 (accounting software) and Academic ERP (outbound)

Accounts Executive
In my role, I oversee a comprehensive range of accounting operations, ensuring the smooth financial management of our esteemed brands, which include Ciclo Cafe, The Velveteen Rabbit, Ciclo Life, and AllDayBreakfastCompany:
- Daily Transactions: We diligently handle the daily influx of transactions from our various outlets, maintaining accuracy and transparency in financial records.
- Finance ERP Support: We provide essential support for the daily accounting functions within our Finance ERP system, streamlining financial operations.
- Statutory Reporting: We prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including statutory reports for TDS, GST, EPF, ESI, and PT, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- MIS Analysis: We conduct a thorough analysis of monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, offering insights and recommendations based on the data.
- Cost Monitoring: Regular monitoring of purchase costs and sale prices is a critical aspect of our responsibilities. We promptly report any significant changes or trends to management for informed decision-making.
- Audit Coordination: We collaborate closely with our statutory audit team to finalize the Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit and Loss (PL) statements, ensuring transparency and accuracy in our financial reporting.
