- Analyze the different Samples to check the hardness level to reduce the sogginess of wafer cone by Texture profile analyzer.
- By enrichment of Casein powder in different % by 5, 9, 11 & 15 analyzing in Texture Profile analyzer.
- Final output which conducted by sensory using hedonic scale Sample 9 % found great result.
- And also hardness better than normal wafer Cone.
