Reconciliation Operation Unit (ROU) team ensures Cash and position break clearance on feeds into IRECS on daily basis &there by providing Daily, weekly and monthly sign Off’s to NAV Team. The team is primarily responsible to clear trade Breaks which has impact the NAV calculation.

Amending all cash and position related discrepancies like trade price, quantity, factor, commission, Trade income interest (bond interest) and instrument and creating Bloomberg backups for all corporate action breaks for NAV reference. Booking trades in the system as per the client instruction received and ensure all details are correctly entered.

Reconciliation is done between client data received from Recon Plus+ and custodian data downloaded from custodian website. Types of reconciliation include position reconciliation and activity reconciliation. Coordinate with various departments and external contacts to resolve Trade breaks.
