I worked as a QA/QC Reporting Assistant, Updating the day-to-day inspection reports (NDT, Welding, Hydro testing) in PCA, Updating the RFI Log, NCR Log, and organization chart, Quality weekly reports, Sending RFI Notifications to the company, scanning the updated reports, RFI, NCR and file the documents.

I worked as an NDT Technician, carrying out UT Flaw Detection, UTG, MT, PT, Hardness Testing, Ferriete Testing, and PMI as per code AWS D 1.1, ASME SEC VIII DIV, ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.5.

· Updating coated steel pipes inspection reports as per the data received from the QC Inspector.

· Updating document (QCP; ITP; MAR, etc.) list for QA/QC department for follow-up with Sub-Contractors.

· Preparing Request for Information (RFI) for Contractor (TR) to submit to Client.

· Coordinating with Sub-Contractor to receive the RFIs on time for next-day activities.

· Timely submission of RFIs with a summary to the Client (PMTC) for next-day activities.

· Submitting RFIs to End-User well in advance as per the project time frame.

· Updating RFI log for reporting to Client/TR Head Office on a weekly/monthly basis.

· Reminding Sub-Contractor/QC Inspectors to close the RFIs on time.

· Forwarding NCRs and Observations raised by Client and TR to Sub-Contractor/s for their action and follow-up of the same within TR and with Sub-Contractor for closure.

· Updating NCR and Observation status for reporting to Client/TR Head Office on a weekly/monthly

basis.

· Arranging documents and preparing a letter to the Client for NCR and Observations closure.

· Quality Tool Box talk follow-up with Inspectors on a weekly/monthly basis.

· Assisting QA/QC Manager during Quality Audits by Clients; Third Parties and TR Internal and ISO audits.

· Maintaining Audit and NCR logs for Audit conducted by Company and TR Internal Audits.

· Preparing the following Weekly Reports to the Client:

RFI; NCR and Observation logs; Inspection Test Record

(ITR) and Sub-Contractor reports like WPS register; welding data; WQT status, etc.

· Preparing the following QA/QC Monthly Report to submit

TR Head Office:

Construction KPIs, FMIR, RFI, NCR, Site Query, Welding

Data, QC Personnel details, Audit Log; Correspondence with Client (QA/QC communication); ITP/QCP, NCR charts, NCR to Vendor Status, WPS register, etc.

Carry out the UT lamination for the plate and pipe before cutting.

Carry out the UT inspection of Nozzle weld joints in the pressure vessels.

Carry out the MPI on the Fillet and butt weld joint in the pressure vessels.

Carry out the DPI on the Fillet and butt weld joint in the pressure vessels.

Preparing the day-to-day, UT, MT, DPT, PMI, HARDNESS, FERRITE, and UTG reports.

Preparing the day to day NDT reports and submit to the client.

• Supervise & Monitor the NDT activities as per the company's Quality Control Plan and according to QCP.
• Carry out the Baseline thickness measurement of Piping and pressure vessels.
• Prepare the day-to-day reports and update them In the TML Log
• Carry out the thickness measurement in the Piping and pressure vessel in the plant using Ultrasonic Testing, and prepare the day-to-day reports and update in the TML Log.

Liaise with QC Engineer and client representative for day-to-day quality-related activities of the project/contract.

Conducting cut bevel Haz area UT-lamination and MPI-For cut bevel area as per approved QCP.

Carry out the UT inspection of full penetration weld joints above a thickness of 10 mm.

Preparation of reporting to client day-to-day NDT-related activities.

MPI inspection was carried out for the temporary and permanent lifting pad eye.

Perform the welding inspection using NDT methods (UT, MT, PT) PREPARE THE DAY-TO-DAY Reports and submit them to the company.
