I created marketing materials such as brochures, digital content to showcase the benefits of the company's products. I monitored and analyzed market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to stay up-to-date on industry developments and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

My experience in the assembly role required attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. The role helped me develop my technical skills, as well as my ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Work

1. An automatic irrigation system is used to irrigate an agricultural field

2. The user is given the timing of when the system will be activated. A moisture sensor is used to sense the moisture level in the soil

3. The sensor's signal is sent to an Arduino board. The board is programmed using C language

4. If rain comes while the motor is running, excess water will be used, So to prevent this soil moisture sensor has been used.

5. The sensor will sense the moisture level and if it is too high, the motor will be shut off.

Impact

• Automated irrigation system can significantly decrease the labor needed for agricultural operations
• The Arduino board with its C language programming can be used to regulate the timing of irrigation and also turn off the motor if the moisture level is too high

The automatic batch coding machine uses a digital inkjet printer, roller and color mark sensor are expected to be more efficient when compared to the existing methods. The existing methods, such as rubber stamp and ink spillage, are prone to damage the item or material and require more manpower. The recoil mechanism, with a cam fixed to the framework, and stepper motor for the conveyor, provide a more reliable and safe tool for batch coding on products with accurate colour detection from the colour mark sensor.

Impact:

• The proposed system is expected to be more efficient and reliable compared to existing methods.
• The digital inkjet printer will reduce wastage of ink.
• The recoil system improve rollin and coiling/recoiling of materials.
• The colour mark sensor detection accuracy and stop or print the batch code.
• The batch coding machine has reliable, efficient and safe uses in packaging industry.

During the workshop, I had the opportunity to lead my team towards achieving our collective goals. As a team, we faced challenges along the way, but we worked together to overcome them and achieve our objective. The experience taught me the importance of effective leadership, teamwork, and the power of collaboration.
