· Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of the site.
· Preparation of all related quality documents such as ITPs & Method Statements.
· Conducting Quality talks, and training for controlling quality issues.
· Analysis of all quality lapse corrective action, preventive action and root causes analysis.
· Coordination & direct supervision of all activities related to laboratories & field tests.
· Full supervision of concreting activity, internal inspection for all activities on the site & Final Inspection. Carry out all inspections with the client and get the approval.
· Calibration of Ready Mix Plant as per IS code.
· Performing of Aggregate (CA&FA) Tests, field trail mix of Conventional mix & SCC mix, Cement test, Gradation, Physical & Mechanical Properties and Combined Gradation.
· Plays an active role in executing the project by the provided technical details and schedule.
· Following safety as per SPCL Standards
· Preparation of subcontractors' Bills.
