Work responsibilities

Executing Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Installation works in Residential Buildings, Factories and Villas.

Additional responsibility of PRO and Accounts work.

Controlling the Manpower and optimize their work to make a good progress

Resposbilities

o Managed, supervised and lead the team of Technicians for a proper facility management.

o Handled the Electrical & Air conditioning system in different sites parallelly.

o Arranged the team to clear for any problem in the system at a 24x7 service

As a Maintenance Engineer according to maintenance schedule each Machine Motor, Control Systems and its Connecting cables are checked periodically in Motors Stator and Rotor winding and its insulation strength.

In Control Systems Contactors, Relays, Circuit Breakers, Timers and its Connections were checked and maintained the records.

As a site engineer, responsible for all the Electrical first fix, second fix with installation and termination all the circuits at a proper quality of finish.

Responsible for submitting the Invoice and claiming the bills. Responsible for preventative, routine and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and fixtures.
