• Ben Hogan - Men's

My responsibilities will include:

• Upon receipt of the tech packs, to get the markers to derive at the fabric consumption
• working on trim consumptions
• Ensuring pre production activities are done on time.
• to ensure PPM is done and style is started on time
• working on line plans
• reviewing the fabric and trims for shades, quality and defects
• Ensuring the factory is giving proper feeding without affecting lines
• Submitting samples to the customer on time
• Monitor daily production closely.
• To ensure on-time shipments are sent without any short shipments

I will be handling your account for the following customers:

• Abercrombie & Fitch – Mens , Womens & kids
• Marks and Spencer – Womens
• Hollister – Mens & Womens
• Atlast – Womens

My responsibilities will include:

• Upon receipt of the tech packs, to get the markers to derive at the fabric consumption
• working on trim consumptions
• Ensuring preproduction activities are done on time.
• to ensure PPM is done and style is started on time
• working on line plans
• to set different wash standards
• giving bulk wash approvals to fty
• reviewing the fabric and trims for shades, quality and defects
• Any fabric defects, to take up with the mill and to resolve it at the earliest.
• Ensuring the factory is giving proper feeding without affecting lines
• submitting samples to the customer on time
• Monitor daily production closely.
• If any deviation, resolving the same with the factory heads
• closely monitoring the garment ph levels
• To ensure on-time shipments are sent without any short shipments

• I have been working with the Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Marks and Spencer, and Atlast teams to ensure that all samples and materials are in order for the confirmed orders.
• I have scheduled the pre-production meeting at the factory and will be reviewing the bulk fabric lots for shades, quality, and any defects.
• I have organized the packing trims and will be booking the shipment with the logistics team.
• I have made the necessary system entries and will be submitting the top of production samples on time to get shipment approval.
• I will be following up closely with the factories to ensure on-time shipments.

• Following up for production samples and files and scheduling PPMs
• Ordering packing materials
• Following up with factories on production status
• Submission of TOP samples on time
• Scheduling the final inspection through portal
