 End to end HIS implementation, technical support, and troubleshooting of the issues. Ensure user training and doctor training for all the doctor’s joiners in the application.

 Coordinate with all relevant teams within the facility and support in deploying the requirements as suggested by IT.

 Handle kick-off meetings, provide plans;

 Proficiency in installing and administering Microsoft Servers (2008,2012R2,2016)

 Administrating & Maintaining the application of INSTA hospital Management system

 Administrate and Maintenance Active Directory such as creating the new active directory, DNS & DHCP, Users & Group Policies, and setting up the permissions.

 Troubleshooting user problems related to Operating systems, servers, upgrades, network connectivity, MS office products, and Anti-virus.

 Ensuring all software & Antivirus are properly licensed and up to date

 Handling Collaborate with the department manager to systematically evaluate currently deployed application services
