Retail Reward Management System which provides customer loyalty points on his/her purchase on items or products. Loyalty points are managed by the campaign which have different criteria with different set of formula.

Rewards System supports Providing Reward points to the Customer, According to the Bank Criteria. Reward and Redeem can be done based on the POS Terminal, which works as a Heart of the Project.

• VVRMS is a Retail Reward

Management System which provides customer loyalty points on his/her purchase on items or products. Loyalty points are managed by the campaign which have different criteria with different set of formula which can be configure by the Vendor using VVRMS CSR portal. We also maintain customer details with their personal details and loyalty points .Here customers can be loaded into system via CSR or Batch. Batch is a process where customer’s details or customer point’s details are provided in file to load those details as registration batch or award batch
