Quality Control: Conducting rigorous inspections and tests at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This includes monitoring raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods for defects or deviations.

Process Improvement: Continuously identifying opportunities to enhance production processes and optimize product quality. Collaborating with other departments such as Production, Engineering, and Research & Development to implement improvements and innovations.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and corrective actions taken. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality management systems.

Supplier Quality Management: Collaborating with suppliers to establish quality requirements and specifications for raw materials and components. Conducting audits and evaluations to assess supplier performance and address any quality issues proactively.

Customer Satisfaction: Working closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to address customer concerns or quality-related issues promptly and effectively. Providing technical support and expertise to resolve inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Continuing as final year project

The objective of the project is to use the waste water into usable domestic or industrial water.
