Hi...I am S.Logesh and I am a fisheries graduate (B.F.Sc) from Tamilnadu,looking for some challenging position that enables me to develop myself and to utilize my skills for the betterment of organization.
Experience
Hatchery tachnician(LRT)
I have almost one and half year experience in vannamei hatchery as technician covering all sections which I had mentioned below.I have working experience in water treatment section,micro algae culture,Artemia culture with enrichment,larval culture and post larval culture.Also have basic knowledge about maturation unit.
Mess secretary
I had learnt a lot from the post of MESS SECRETARY.From this posting I got to learn about the leadership like how to manage everything and especially the communication between leader and a worker which plays a major role in quality of the work that has to be done.The problem solving skill that I acquired is the best
thing I got from this role.
