Review of terms and conditions of the given contract, approved construction work schedule including manpower, material & machinery deployment, approved construction drawings, Fit Up Inspection; Material Verification According To Isometric Drawing Give Task To The Contractor And Supervisor And Achieve Production Target. Leading a team.

Preparing Execution Program schedule and executing site preparation. Liaise with the service Authority to arrange the NOC and Approvals. Liaise with the clients to assess the progress of work in fortnight basis. Erection and Commissioning of WEG. Carryout the testing and commissioning activities.

Reporting to GM Project on Daily / weekly basis.

Daily inspection, Preparing check list of weekly, Monthly & Yearly Maintenance. Budget approval, Material & Manpower planning of Annual Turn Round. Indent of spare parts. Attend the breakdown. Maintain the machine history card as per the ISO 9001 standard. Spare Parts management, procurement planning and development of alternate vendors.

Tendering, Preparing Execution Program schedule, Materials Procurement, Negotiation , Liaise with the service Authority to arrange the NOC and Approvals. Mobilization of work force to site. Give work instruction to site crew, Supervising the site activities. Raise request for inspection to the Client Engineer. Servicing of Pumps.

Job Allocation as per received job orders. Maintaining of spare part stock. Supervising the site activities. Involving Maintenance of Sizing Machine, Cropping Machine and Humidification Plants.

Instruments Calibration and Maintaining of ISO 9000 Records. Involving annual Maintenance of Steam Fire tube Boilers / Diesel Power station and Air compres

Job Allocation, Supervising the works involving mechanical and fabrication works. Erection of Textile Machinery. Mechanical Maintenance of Semi central plant and Center air washer plants in textile industries. Prepare and submit monthly invoices to Client. Payment follow-up. Overhauling of various Pumps, Turbines, Compressors and Blowers etc.,
