Recording and analyzing of Tender / Inquiry documents and writing for clarifications to the clients and the consultants. Preparing Pre-Qualification documents

Preparation of BOQ, Cost Estimation & Submitting the Drawings (2D, 3D & Isometric Views) using AutoCAD to client for approvals. Preparation of Layout drawings based on the Client Documents. Submission of Technical & Commercial Bid Submission. Ensure the resources are managed and deadlines are met.

Site Visit & Taking site Measurements, Estimation based on the site condition & Preparation of Bill of Quantities. Submitting the Drawings (2D, 3D & Isometric Views) using AutoCAD to client for approvals.
