· Managed Incoming Material Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities in accordance with project specifications, quality requirements, and international standards. · Coordinated Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT) with certified inspectors and verified reports against project acceptance criteria.

· Participated in internal, supplier, and customer quality audits, supporting compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

· Prepared final manufacturing documentation, including Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), Inspection Release Notes (IRNs), Final Inspection Reports (FIRs), Data Books, and quality dossiers for customer approval.

· Collaborated with engineering, production, procurement, and project management teams to resolve quality issues, support root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and ensure on-time project delivery.

• CMM Programming in NPD products,

• Provided layout support for new program development and validation

• Checked and prepared CAD-Data (SOLID WORK STEP & IGS FORMAT) for CMM & GOM measurement systems, ensuring accurate measurements and improved reliability of engineering assessments.

• Conducted in-process and final inspections, culminating in minimized defects and improved overall product performance.

· Programmed parts with Calypso software, set up automated & operated the CMM,Develop and refine inspection methods/techniques.

· Read and interpreted blueprints, technical drawings,and specifications to verify product compliance.

· Created the key characteristic inspection drawings for the manufacturing/inspection personnel.
