respect to Radio elements.

resource allocation, developing the team from forming to Norming.

· NAS PoC: Liaise with key stakeholders for the solutions roadmap,

prioritize the deliverables and participated and contributed in Solution

Design for implementing the NAS project.

· Responsible as a Market Lead for Colorado Region with team of 5

engineers.

· Responsible for LTE and VoLTE RF optimization or network

performance management functions including trending,

analysis, monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting.

· VOLTE Audits (preliminary VOLTE Features

and Parameters for Nokia & Basic Audits for Ericsson sites with help

of Putty tool).

· Working with Nokia NetAct OSS in alarm management, performance

management and parameter configuration management. Hands on

knowledge of Nokia and ALU LTE TDD and FDD parameters.

Experience with Alcatel-Lucent OSS (SAM).

· Review daily KPI reports and identify sites with performan ce

degradation issues.

· Real time experience in network performance components and

troubleshooting. Network performance problem detection and

solution methods, e.g., throughput issues,connection drops, blocks,

etc. knowledge of Nokia tools including PNM, ALU NPO,NetAct RS, etc.

· Creating reports and deep dive counter-based analysis. Layer 3 analysis using tools like ACTIX, Tems Discover.

· Responsible for network data provisioning scripting for capacity expansion services (such as new site build, carrier growth, bandwidth expansion etc.), alarms and troubleshooting on ALU or Nokia product line and associated OSS interfaces (e.g. NetAct, WPS, BTS Site manager, etc.

· Performing LTE & Volte Pre-launch network optimization in different markets including tasks such as: Nemo & JDSU drive analysis, neighbour relations, tilt and parameter optimization, GNG report preparation, IFHO & IRAT tuning.

· Analysis of cluster drives and providing solutions for KPIs like Time on LTE (TOL), PS Accessibility, PS Retainability, Mobility & throughput KPI also analysing CS KPI. Suggesting Tilt, A3offset, Cellindividualoffset, A2RSRP Threshold, and A5Threshold as required.

· Drive route Mapper with the Help of prediction plots creation for Clusters & SSV and verifying PCI plans.

· Creating WO for tilt recommendation, NBR creation, Cell radios increment in LTE network with the help of WPS.

· Running audits to check the Activation Parameters in LTE Network with the help of WPS.

· In 2G drive to monitoring Rx level, quality, FER, BER, HOSR, DCR, CSSR, neighbour addition/deletion, MOS, data throughput, MAIO, HSN.

· To resolve customer complaints for poor coverage, data issue, CSSR, DCR, blank calls for required optimization.

· As per customer requirements to do various drive as, Cluster, SCFT (NEW/in filled), DATA drive, BSC Migration Drive,Software Upgradation Drive, roaming sim drive. IBS/REPEATER drive, highway drive, critical roads drive, MOS drive, Height reduction drive.To Maintain the

acceptance limit.

· To measure the physical verification as Latitude, Longitude, Azimuth, Tilt, Height, cable swap, Antenna make & model, type of BTS and BTS Configuration

· SCFT & Cluster Optimization of Site such as Height of Antenna, Tilt & Orientation Solving network and Radio Parameter related problems such as, Co-Channel & adjacent channel Interference, Poor Rx Quality & Rx Level, Cause of Handovers failure, call dropped by analyzing drive logs.

· Handling optimization of new sites and handles problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure, in building problem, antenna tilting, competitive Drive Test.

· Recommending tilt changes to improve Network Quality

· Doing RF survey for best cell site location along with antenna ht. & orientation for rural, highway & as well as for city nominal.

· To monitoring daily reports from OMCR and Analysing the worst performing cells based on CSSR, DCR, IRAT, HOSR, Busy hour traffic, Poor uplink and downlink Quality in Network/RNC to improve the overall signed KPIs of the Network.

· To monitoring & appropriate optimization for RSCP, EC/IO, PILOT, HOSR, CSSR, DCR, data related as R99/HSDPA/HSUPA, and thereby meeting the Acceptance Limit.

· To Planning for the Initial Pre-Cluster Drive with the various scenarios for CS & HS & scan the whole cluster.

· To analyse the issue with help of log file to found the various issues like pilot pollution, HOSR, CSSR, DCR, CQI, DATA throughput, overshooting, neighbour missing.

· From this report to do appropriate optimization in cluster to meet Acceptance Limit in Post drive.
