Execute weekly MRP processes, analyze PRs, convert PRs to POs, and manage
MRP signals effectively.
● Address unconfirmed orders, past dues, AP challenges, and receiving issues.
● Collaborate with commodity GCMs and SSCMs on supplier-related price
issues/escalations.
● Place Purchase Orders to suppliers based on customer demand, track
shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
● Manage PO maintenance, expedite/defer/cancel deliveries as per MRP signals.
● Regularly follow up with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure performance
meets SLAs.
● Conduct global strategic sourcing to cover production shortages and WIP
discrepancies.
● Work closely with accounts payable team to resolve invoice discrepancies and
potential payment risks.
● Handle sourcing, vendor enrollment, and RFQ processes, validating supplier
quotes based on various criteria.
● Support warehouse team on receiving challenges for smooth receipt processes.
● Follow RMA/RTV process with vendors during MRB and supply of
non-compliance parts.
● Create and maintain SOP documents.
