• I started my career as a GET and handled a Raw Water Tank Structure in a Power plant Project.
• Handled Project along with senior and got Individual responsibility in 3 months to handle the structure independently.

• Executed Plant Structures such as Preheater, RABH, Lime Sludge Silo, Kiln, Cement Silo 1&2
• Entered the Project as a GET and got promoted as an Engineer and Completed the project along with snag list completion and handed over the project.

• Done Execution of D3 Block from July’12 to April’13, and done whole project Planning and client billing from May’13 to Sep’13.
• Had New Exposure in a Planning and Client Billing department and executed the same in a well versed.

• Worked as a Senior Engineer and did execution of a residential project and billing.
• Handled an Individual house project on the G+2 Floor independently with Client Management.

• Handled the Two Blocks along with the project manager and delivered them to the client.
• Had exposure to Project & Site Management.

• Handled G+11 , G+14 , Block. Complete with Turnkey Project.
• Successfully Completed Turnkey project and handed over the project to the client.

• Handled Labour billing & site Management for a while.
• Completed and regularised the billing backlog in the short term and made streamlined

• Completed the project from the Start till the plant was commissioned.
• Handled the project as a Project Coordinator from the material follow-up to execution of the project. Completed the invoicing to the client successfully.

• Completed the Final Invoicing for the 263 Crs Project Value.
• Did additional billing work & completed the snagging work of final billing.
• Handled the Civil Project Value of 110 Crs Billing independently.
• Completed the additional work for billing worth 02 crs individually

• Handled the project as a Planning and Client Billing Engineer
• Handled the client and PMC team as a Project Coordinator for initial approvals of the project.
• Handled Labour billing and client Billing for a while.

• Worked as an assistant manager (Planning)
• Handled the Completion phase of client billing for the Railway Sidings & wagon Tippler project.
• Completed the initial Project Planning and zero-cost for the Line III Project.
• Prepared the Zero Cost Budget for the project and monitored the project based on that.
• The complete Project schedule has been prepared and tracking for the same has been done.

• Worked as a Project Coordinator for Dalmia Cements 2.5MTPA Grinding Unit
• Prepared the Complete Integrated schedule of the Grinding Unit and monitored the same.
• Successfully commissioned the Plant with the stimulated time along with the client by highlighting and alarming the activities for the commissioning process.
