_Key Responsibilities & Accomplishments_

• Livelihood Development & Capacity Building

Delivered natural farming training for tribal and non-tribal communities to promote sustainable agriculture.

Established a chicken farming unit and provided hands-on training for SHG women in Bokkapuram.

Facilitated the establishment of a dairy farm for Vachukolli BK tribal families.

• Housing & Infrastructure Implementation

Constructed 2 houses and facilitated 10 house foundations for BK and Paniya tribes.

Successfully advocated for revising the government’s free housing scheme work order in Pannikkolli and Bokkapuram, increasing the sanctioned amount from ₹2.10 lakh to ₹4.95 lakh per unit.

Coordinated with officials and brought a check dam to Bokkapuram village to improve water resources.

• Community Mobilisation & Institution Building

Formed and currently support 15 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for tribal women, improving savings, credit access, and small-scale livelihood activities.

• Awareness & Legal Empowerment

Conducted sessions on basic legal rights and Forest Rights Act (FRA), empowering tribal families to access entitlements and claim their rights.

• Government Liaison & Advocacy

Engaged with government officials, submitted petitions, and facilitated the approval of critical village infrastructure and benefits.

Assisted communities in accessing government schemes and improving the quality of support received.

I am working on the Nutrition Project at Astitva Foundation, in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Government's ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) department. This project aims to identify malnourished children and help them overcome malnutrition through proper interventions and support.

At Smart Minds Strategies, I worked on political research and data analysis projects. My role involved conducting field surveys and public opinion studies to understand people’s concerns and expectations. I identified key issues faced by the public and analyzed internal party dynamics, including organizational structure and areas of dissatisfaction among members. I compiled these insights into detailed reports and also engaged with key stakeholders to provide suggestions and support decision-making. My strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills enabled me to carry out these responsibilities effectively.
