Sample Culture Techniques – Isolation

and culture of all different Clinical specimens of patients such as Urine, Sputum, Pus, Respiratory track

swabs, Tissue, Blood, UTI swabs, All fluids like pleural fluid, Endometrial fluids, Bal fluid and also catheter tip sample

, Nail and Skin crapping etc.

Maintenance Culture – The

patient sample are culture and Incubated via Incubators and observed the Growth of the 24 hrs and 48 hrs incubations.

Query Check – To check the

Growth of the plates of the previous day's samples weather what type of the organism grown in culture by testing

the oxidase and catalase and check by the morphology and reported to give the further followings

AST (Antibiotic Sensitivity Test) – Following the query details do follow the AST drug paternto the selective organism such as Gram positive/Negative, Salmonella, Candida like etc Report and Resulting- ADAGIO –AST readings Report via CLSI guideline.

TRANSPLANT IMMUNOLOGY

Complement Dependent Cytotoxicity Crossmatch (CDCXM): A test that detects if the recipient has antibodies that can react with the donor's cells, using complement activation to assess potential rejection risk.

Flow Crossmatch (FCXM): A modern test that uses flow cytometry to identify antibodies in the recipient's blood that may react with the donor's cells, helping assess transplant compatibility.

Donor Specific Antibody Crossmatch: Tests for antibodies specific to the donor's tissue, which can indicate an increased risk of transplant rejection if present.

Single Antigen Bead Assay (SAB): A test that identifies specific antibodies in the recipient's blood that may react with antigens on the donor's cells, aiding in risk assessment for organ rejection.

Panel Reactive Antibody (PRA): Measures the percentage of a panel of potential donor cells that a recipient’s antibodies can react with, indicating the likelihood of rejection based on antibody presence.

Scientific Officer

Transplant immunology tests assess how a recipient's immune system responds to a transplanted organ or tissue. These tests help determine the compatibility between donor and recipient to prevent rejection and optimize transplant success.
