Leading a team of instrument & electrical technicians and reporting periodically to the Factory Head. Responsible for preparing KPI, PM & CM Reports, troubleshooting the TIA from Allen Bradley, ABB, Honewell, OpTO 22, and planning required upgrades for instruments to achieve production quality and cost minimization.

Handled the 300TPD DAP, SSP, GSSP fertilizer plant project and played a key role in installation, maintenance, and calibration of instruments as well as in troubleshooting PLC & DCS Systems.

Managed the coordination of contractors for migration, works, and new schemes, involved in instrument installation, calibration, cable laying, termination, and loop testing. Coordinated with clients, consultants, contractors, and safety personnel throughout the projects' development phases.

Contributed to the electrical & instrumentation erection and pre-commissioning of Ramco Cement 3500TPD- 2 lines, assisted experts in PLC & DCS Systems troubleshooting, coordinated with operations and safety personnel to obtain work permits for planned work during the commissioning stage.
