- To give line clearance at various stages of dispensing,manufacturing and packing and ensure the process as per standard
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining temperature and relative humidity as per SOPs.
- Check and verify the process parameter during manufacturing and packing of pharmaceutical product.
- sampling of in process, bulk,semi finished,finished product and retention sample,submission of stability sample to QC laboratory as per protocol.
- Handling of BMR,BPR and chance control.
- Calibration of weighing balances(essae).
- Preparing, documenting,reviewing standard operating procedure,Batch Manufacturing Record,Batch Packing Record,Master formula record.
- Preparation and final review of Annual product quality review and stability data compilation.
- Keeping all documentation upto date.
- Coordinate with liquid orals and capsule department for document issuance and retrieval
- Instrument Handling-PH meter,hardness tester,vernier caliber,disintegration tester,leak test apparatus.
- Verification of document and consignment before dispatch
