Business Development Strategy & P&L Management

Strategize and oversee plant operations, including setting business unit targets, preparing annual budgets, fostering client relationships, and identifying expansion opportunities through new product development, market research, Revenue & EBITDA growth.

Plant Operation

Conduct regular performance reviews, and enhance operational efficiency through coordinated efforts with department heads, focusing on productivity improvements, cost management, Tool development, and achieving production targets.

Drive a culture of performance excellence, and oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including automation, new machinery implementation, plant expansions, and ensuring adherence to budget and timeline commitments.

Quality Management

Develop and implement quality management systems, fostering a customer-centric culture through regular quality audits, certifications, and effective resolution of customer complaints.

Ensure seamless coordination with departments, monitor plant performance, and lead comprehensive audits for certifications like ISO, IATF 16949, IMS, EHS, HSM, and OHSAS-18001 to maintain zero customer complaints on quality and delivery.

Global Client Management

Initiate client engagement efforts to enhance relationships, secure business references, manage customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure regular communication to gather feedback for top management reporting.

Continual Improvement

Identify improvement areas, propose and implement automation upgrades approved by management to enhance efficiency, processes, quality, cost-effectiveness, productivity, and achieve profitability targets through optimal resource utilization.

People Management

Develop a comprehensive manpower plan outlining staffing needs, guide teams to enhance performance, set clear business targets for individuals and departments, clarify roles and responsibilities, and foster opportunities for personal development.

Production Management

Coordinate PPC and OEE monitoring and reporting monthly, lead TQM, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, plan instrument and gauge usage, oversee equipment maintenance, manage daily manpower planning and attendance and ensure daily dispatch planning, ISIR compliance, and product development meet customer requirements.

Quality & NPD Management

Manage audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS 9100 standards, oversee document control, VDA6.3 audits, dispatch planning, final inspection scheduling, production data review, KPI monitoring, and client management.

Conduct daily and monthly review meetings, address non-conformities, handle new product development planning, and manage SCAR and COC issues to ensure systematic plant operations, and reporting to the managing director.

Maintenance Management

Ensure daily completion of machine checklists, conduct weekly machine servicing including replacement of damaged parts, and maintain MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) checks to uphold operational efficiency.

Human Resource & Business Administration Management

Coordinate on-the-job training for new hires, plan business administration for organizational resources, oversee manpower recruitment, and manage statutory and legal requirements effectively.

Accounts & Finance Management

Manage accounts receivable for customer payments, process supplier payments and send quarterly finance reports to the managing director.

Marketing, Sales & Business Development Management

Manage outsourcing of products and oversee supply chain operations, including sending quotations to customers, negotiating price revisions based on quality and corporate policies, and ensuring all agreements are reviewed before submission for MD approval.

Drive B2B sales and business development efforts, market products to secure new orders, monitor monthly and weekly turnovers for reporting to the MD, negotiate supplier quotations, and promote products across all business units effectively.

Store Purchase & Procure Management

Manage procurement of spares through vendor quotation follow-ups, handle daily and monthly inventory accounting, develop vendors strategically, and plan monthly raw material procurement from suppliers.
