• Pre-Order Stage:
• Site visit and check for the existing site condition if required

and prepare the site visit report, send it to customer and get the requirements

• reviewing and preparing the Pre-Qualification Documents for client submission for supplied products and get the approval
• Review the project drawings and technical details and preparing

the Project BOQ and send the Enquiries to individual products suppliers to get the offer to meet technical and commercial criteria.

• To prepare and submit the design and technical documents for the project supply materials (Actuator selection, Design criteria of Valves/Penstocks/OCU)
• Review the offer received from supplier and create the technical

and commercial comparison and ensure to meet the enquiry requirements and create the technical datasheets (detailed)

• Prepare technical submittal to submit and get the approval from

client for Dubai Municipality, RTA, SMDD, ADSSC, ADM and Dubai, Northern Emirates & Abu Dhabi Region as well as response to comments for final approval

• Prepare common and standard technical submittal for format across UAE territories for products
• Sourcing out the products from various vendor for project supplying items & Prepare the technical & commercial offer
• Post-Order Stage:
• To prepare the Equipment selection based on project compliance

statements, Sizing for start the procurement activity

• Preparing, Support, Review and submit the detailed engineering

documents (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil & HVAC)

• Evaluation of vendor drawings and datasheets and also preparing engineering documents for client submission and get the client approval
• Inspect the material as per drawing at warehouse prior delivery to make sure the material availability (quantity, quality and appearance- Coating thickness) & prepare the delivery checklist & coating report and providing the customer after delivery to make sure the material as well as customer satisfaction
• Ensure and check the all QA/QC related documents
• Prepare the installation guidelines and commissioning guidelines and submit to the client for approval
• Supervision of the installation of supplied products by day basis

if required any support and also prepare the site activity in day basis

• Prepare the Wall Flatness sketch for penstock and provide the all technical drawings and documents prior the site visit and Co-ordination with site team for installation and erection of the material.
• prepare the Leak Test procedure, check list, calibration, testing

& commissioning check list and get the final approval from client after completion of job- Penstock

• visit the site and prepare the site visit report for find out the

issue of the product and trouble shoot, rectification

Project Tie-in Coordinator overall project (Tie-in work for

various piping materials- both metallic & Non-metallic pipeline).

• Preparation and checking out of PFD, P&ID, Isometric drawings, method statements, Pipeline Hydro-test Packages, Mechanical related documents including Datasheet, O&M Manuals & other documents), Pre-Operational Verification documents & POV Binders, Process related Documents (Flushing, Process Functional Description), QA/QC documents (including ITP) and material submission of the project.
• Material estimation & procurement of the project with respect to the drawings.
• Monitoring the site progress on day to day basis, PLC/SCADA, POV, NOV & Commissioning activities
• Erection & Installation, testing & Commissioning of all Mechanical Equipment’s.
• Participated in HAZOP and design reviews, assisted project engineers in resolution of engineering issues in order to improve the reliability of the instrumentation systems, especially for hazardous area.
• A successful LOTOV (Lock out Tag out Verification) training in EMAL by ensuring that every Electrical & Instrumentation related activities are carried out after isolation and verification of the Zero energy state of the system using personal locks and tags as identification.
• Coordinator for Construction Completion Walk down & Deficiency closure.
• Completion of the Mechanical equipment's erection inline with project completion schedule.
• Tie-In co-Ordinator- Tie-in Completion of the Metallic & Non metallic pipes lines and also reduce the existing plant shutdown time.

• Preparation of Mechanical (Static + Rotary) documents (Pump Head Calculation, Line Sizing Calculation, Tank sizing calculation, Technical Bid Evaluation, Technical Specification of mechanical equipment’s and including datasheets).
• Preparation of Process & Commissioning related documents (P&ID, Process Flow Diagram, Material Selection Diagram, Material Balance Diagram, Process Calculation, control philosophy, cause and effect diagram, MBBR Calculation, Line List, Chemical User list, Fluid list, Hazardous Equipment list, Sparing & isolation philosophy, Design Basis, Process Description, O&M Manuals and all Process related documents & datasheets, Performance Test Procedure, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Procedure).
• Preparation and Checking out the PFD, P&ID, Mechanical GA

drawings, & Material Balance & Selection Diagram and all related

drawings.

• FAT inspection for Commissioning of PLC/SCADA System, Plant

Control System and Logical Control

• Material estimation and costing of the project with respect to the drawings.
• Evaluation of vendor drawings and data sheets and also preparing engineering documents related to client submission.

• Preparation and submission of project budget and managed scope reports.
• Selection, Estimation & Costing of process & mechanical equipment’s as per the tender specifications (Key customers: SEWA, AADC, TRANSCO, ADMA OPCO, ADDC, FEWA, DEWA, ZADCO, ADCO, ADNOC, ADSSC, ADM).
