• Review shop drawings with production personnel to determine engineering mistakes of dropping wrong materials into the computer modules BOM.
• Conduct commissary sales, maintaining inventories, placing orders, preparing purchasing reports for non-purchase and purchase card orders.
• Ensure that all OSHA and safety rules are maintained and enforce, as well as all hazardous materials handling/shipping/disposal regulations.
• Develop and update departmental ISO work instructions.
• Coordinate conversion/Implementation of ERP system from standard cost to actual/average cost.
• Train warehouse associate to manual FIFO procedures for incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Assist in developing materials computer system for modification center with emphasis on MRP and bill of material integrity.
• Communicate with the contracted distributors for the logistics of material and services for contract projects and execute them efficiently.
• Coordinate product and information flow to and from aircraft OEM customers.
• Signale crane or hoisting operators to move load to destination.
• Re-Organize warehouse, parts fulfillment, shipping, floor stock, and implement with AIMS APP.
• Support the management and planning of asset /inventory requirements to balance investment and demand accounting for operation conditions.
