• I have started this site as a first-person as site in charge.
• Arranged for Form V from the client to apply for a labour license.
• Arranged for labour entry and machinery entry with required pre-check activities.
• Arranged TPI certifications for all lifting items and safety items.
• Listed safety items required for the site and took quotes from various vendors.
• Started fabrication activities at the site and moved towards the timely completion of the Project.

I have mobilized the site successfully and the fabrication work has been started

• Mobilized the site with Men, Machinery and materials.
• The site is very congested for erection activities and is in a hazardous area as we have only a small clearance between the existing ethanol plant and the new plant. So I took safety measures by doing barricading work throughout the existing plant.
• Arranged materials according to the sequence of erection activities to maintain the project schedule.
• Organised toolbox talks and safety committee meetings.
• Completed all the execution activities in 8 months.
• We have successfully achieved 99.98% strength Ethanol.
• We have achieved 1,25,000 safe manhours.

• In the middle of the project, I was deputed to handle fabrication and erection activities in the evaporation section.
• Critical safety measures were taken as the execution activities were near the existing ethanol plant.
• The Evaporation plant was successfully commissioned.
• We have achieved 7 Lakhs safe manhours.

• The first individual site was given to me. I was appointed as the site in charge.
• Managed the site as per the schedule with timely arrangement of materials and manpower.
• Responsible for overall site execution as per fabrication & erection drawings of the distillery plant.
• Project scheduling and tracking of the work progress and update to client and PM.
• Execution of site with SS/MS tank fabrication, Structure fabrication and
• Erection, Static equipment installation, Piping (SS, MS & IBR) & Painting.
• Studying drawings and indenting for excess materials.
• The project was done as per the schedule and the client was very interested in providing an individual certification for this achievement.

• This is the 1st site at PRAJ.
• I was to be reported to the site in charge.
• The responsibilities are in the side of materials and specific site activities.
• Completed the commissioning activities and moved on to the next site.

• To update daily progress report to client and PM by observing the fit-up and welding activities with the help of Piping Isometric drawings.
• To segregate the shop and field welding joints by identifying the erection area by using piping Isometric drawings and General assembly drawings.
• To monitor subcontractor’s activities and assign them work according to the sequence.
• To plan the Non-shutdown piping erections by verifying with the site location to minimize the Shutdown time of the customer and Reconciled the materials provided by the client.
• The client was satisfied with our execution activities provided the work was done with assuring quality and zero accidents.

• To perform QA/QC activities like MPT, DP and RT and perform repair works.
• To maintain QA/QC activity reports.
• To check and certify the subcontractor bills.

On successful erection and commissioning of 67.5 KLPD distillery plant M/s Bannari Amman sugars has issued completion certificate.
