I work as a volunteer with Government scheme that Name is Illa Thedi Kalvi. I able to spend a week full of working with children 6 to 8 std. This experience gave me managing behaviour deals with wide range of abilities Within one class.

The main idea for the scheme launch is to encourage 1 lakh students for admission in the government schools and this would empowerment the educational field.
With this ,the scheme mainly aims to improve the level of school education in the state. In addition, the volunteers would act as messengers of the government school students for the betterment of the overall education level in the state.
