Beam

Head of GTM and Growth

About the role

Beam is building the fastest cloud runtime for AI. Our serverless runtime launches GPU-backed containers in under one second, powering apps that scale to millions of users. Ambitious startups and Fortune 100 companies use Beam to host custom ML models and run LLM-generated code in secure sandboxes.

What you’ll work on

Own revenue. Run deals end to end, from first outreach through technical evaluation, pricing, and contract to close.

Build your own pipeline. Prospect relentlessly through cold outbound, warm intros, investor networks, events, and anywhere else AI companies spend time.

Land partnerships. Source and close channel partners, resellers, cloud and data center partners, and marketplaces that bring Beam new customers or capacity

Expand accounts. Turn customers already running on Beam into bigger, longer contracts

Be the voice of the customer. Bring what you hear on calls back to the team so we build what closes deals

Build the sales machine. Set up the CRM, sequences, and process that will scale as we grow

What we’re looking for

You’ve closed deals selling a technical product to technical buyers and you can walk us through your biggest one

You can source your own pipeline without relying on inbound alone

You’re technical enough to hold your own with an ML engineer - you understand GPUs, inference, and how developers evaluate infrastructure

You’ve negotiated contracts and partnership terms, and you’re comfortable discussing pricing, commitments, and rev-share

You hustle. You’ll send the follow-up, go to the event, and find another way in when the first one doesn’t work

You’re organized. Every deal has a next step, and nothing falls through the cracks

You’re down to pick up the phone, get on a plane, or do whatever it takes to win a deal
